Caroline Quigley is an Irish writer who lives in County Wicklow, on the east coast of
Ireland, with her husband and two cats. She has been writing since 2008, and is very
influenced by landscape and the natural world.
Previously she was involved in theatre and film, and holistic medicine, where she
wrote several diploma correspondence courses for the BSY group in Devon.
Her first book, An Angel Calling, non-fiction, was published in 2011, and later re-published by Ravenswood Publishing in 2015.
Book one Phoenica Rising – Keeper of Light, a YA fantasy trilogy series
was first published by Ravenswood Publishing USA in 2015. Books two and three
are yet to be released.
She has received critical acclaim and five-star reviews from readers’ favourite and good reads in the States. She has also written a book of short stories entitled Eala’s Journey, a poetry
collection called Liminality, and was a commended poet at the Stratford-upon-Avon Literary Festival, Felix Dennis Award in May 2016, for her poem Elemental which is currently published in the Festival Book. She is now at work writing her latest novel The Cheese Cutter, a modern romantic fiction.
